1) 18+ only (New Zealand)
SnowCappedFun is restricted to individuals who are at least 18 years old (the legal gambling age in New Zealand). By accessing or using the service, you confirm you are 18+.
2) How we age-gate and verify
- Age gate: we may ask for your date of birth and an 18+ confirmation before account creation or feature access.

3) If we suspect an account is underage

- If we cannot confirm the user is 18+ (or we confirm they are underage), we will close the account and take appropriate steps to prevent re-registration.
- Any handling of balances, prizes, or payments will be managed in accordance with applicable law and our terms (which may include voiding access and reversing transactions where required or permitted).
4) Parents/guardians: request help or closure
If you are a parent/guardian and believe a minor has used SnowCappedFun, contact us. We can help investigate, restrict access, and close the account where appropriate. Please include any relevant details (e.g., account email/username, approximate dates, and why you believe the user is under 18).
